FARMHOUSE BREAKFAST

That was the most we have ever cooked for, approximately 180!  Thank you to everyone who supported we hope you enjoyed your farmhouse cooked breakfast with your children.  A very ‘BIG’, thank you to the people in our kitchen, Liz Spry, Debbie Burton, Eileen Searle, and Andy Banks(frying over 170 eggs). Also to the Falcon chefs for cooking hundreds of sausages, rashers of bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans. A fantastic community effort.

 

SEUSSICAL - TREVIGLAS PERFORMANCE

Treviglas Community College are putting on a production of ‘Horton Hears a Who’ which involves a number of wacky characters, songs and dances, four of our Year 5 pupils will be involved with it.

Performances take place on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th February starting at 7.00.pm.  Tickets can be booked by phone or via college reception or email them on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. JASON THOMAS

Jason will be starting his ‘Hip Hop & Street Dance Classes’ at the Village Hall as from next MONDAY 30th JANUARY. Classes for 4 to 7year old is from 3.30 to 4.30.pm and for the 8+ age group from 4.30 to 5.30.pm.  If you are interested please contact Jason at the studio direct on 01872 262358.

Do you qualify for Fee School Meals?  To qualify you must be in receipt of one of the following benefits.  PEOPLE RECEIVING WORKING TAX CREDITS ANNOT APPLY FOR FREE SCHOOL MEALS.

LOST

A new sweatshirt size 32” with J.E. written inside.  Could parents please check at home to see if it has been taken by mistake during a PE lesson.

 

FOOTBALL CLUB

There will be no after school football next TUESDAY 31st JANUARY as there are two away matches at St. Newlyn East.

 

CORNWALL AIR AMBULANCE

Are celebrating 25 years as the UK’s First Air Ambulance with a 10k run around the inside of the perimeter of Newquay Airport, through hangers, pass the terminal building on SUNDAY 25th MARCH.  If 10k is too much for little legs then there is a 4k run.  It should be a fun day if families can make up teams. Places are filling up for Class 2 residential camp to Delaware in May.   Camp payment cards will be issued on receipt of a £10.00 deposit.
